Typical fall afternoon on the Outer Banks.  No humidity, big puffy clouds, golden light and the brown
sea oats in the foreground give it away. There is no place I would rather be. Mid October, 2010.
Where the sound literally meets the ocean.  This became an inlet after Hurricane Isabel in 2003. It was affectionately known as Isabel inlet.  Frisco, NC
